AMOLED ECM (Embedded Current Measurement) driver helps measure
the display current for OLED panels. Enable it.

Enable CONFIG_MFD_I2C_PMIC to provide PMIC Glink debuggability over SPMI
and I2C interface, enable CONFIG_QTI_GLINK_ADC to provide ADC Glink
interface for the channels which couldn't be accessed from HLOS side.

Add cpufreq_stats protocol that provides cpufreq stats
from cpufreq_stats algorithm in cpucp. Add the
client driver as well to expose sysfs entries
to userspace.
