17d2a87b23 tundra: Drop Moto Camera App 
Switching to macro camera crashes the app due to invalid frames, so
until that is fixed we can make do without this app

* Remove overlays that shouldn't be overlaid anymore:

* Move config_showUsbPortAlarm to common

188f8d43b1 tundra: unset BOARD_USERDATAIMAGE_PARTITION_SIZE 
This not only saves a lot of build time when building with
TARGET_USERIMAGES_SPARSE_EXT_DISABLED and/or
TARGET_USERIMAGES_SPARSE_F2FS_DISABLED which is required
on A14, but also removes the need for the build system to
temporarily create a 40+GB userdata image.
Which means that less free space is required to start the
build.

A13 version did need to be modified for SDK target level to 30

25fab87f9e tundra: Move thermal-engine config into tree and use game-perf 
Users are saying performance on LOS isn't good, so let's swap configs
to game-perf so that it doesn't start throttling so quickly
