cheeseburger: Clean up fingerprint blobs

Browse Source 
* We need only the 64bit lib
* Blobs already are in /vendor as of OOS10
* Also remove ro.hardware.fingerprint, as it hints the HAL to load
  fingerprint.fpc.so which we don't even provide
