867596a4cb Build vendor.samsung_ext.hardware.camera.flashlight-service and FlashControl 
This fixes an issue with the flashlight being dim. Huge thanks to whystarlix (a.k.a. onesmiledx), wherever he is.
This includes changes to SEPolicy.
