- Move common files to MiuiCamera Package
- vendor/lib64/libarcsat.so is a common file and already included in device/xiaomi/camera

13ad74f911 umi: Drop COMMON_LUNCH_CHOICES 
As of 14 QPR2 this is broken, let's remove it instead of updating it
every 3 months. breakfast is the way to go.
