lucaswei 5571e27e87 GKI: fb: isolate fd_ops and fb_info for ABI compliance ...

Qualcomm changed data fields in fb_info and fb_ops which breaks
ABI compliance. Confirmed with Qualcomm, it's designed for SDM660
target which uses the legacy mdss_fb driver, and 7250 is the latest
chipset which doesn't use the driver.
