Zongmin Zhou aaa1b28378 usbip: tools: Fix detach_port() invalid port error path

The detach_port() doesn't return error
when detach is attempted on an invalid port.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
