Abhilash Mahapatra 82fd5dba74 msm: camera: tpg: Proper cmd descriptor handling 
Changes include proper validation of received
cmd_buffer_size wrt cmd_desc size.
Proper validation of cmd desc offset and cmd
header size. Also copied cmd_header locally to
avoid toctou vulnerability.
