Manikanta Pubbisetty 9814a8fd90 qcacld-3.0: Disable TSF sync via register for wcn7750 
WCN7750 does not support TSF sync feature via register read,
therefore disable this feature.

With the feature disabled, TSF sync will happen via WMI.
