[ Upstream commit 3de572fe2189a4a0bd80295e1f478401e739498e ] Use common wrappers operating directly on the struct sg_table objects to fix incorrect use of scatterlists sync calls. dma_sync_sg_for_*() functions have to be called with the number of elements originally passed to dma_map_sg_*() function, not the one returned in sgtable's nents. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
