22b2e2607b msm8998-common: remove oneshot from alarm service 
Solve error on dmesg:
"init: Killed 1 additional processes from a oneshot process group
for service 'alarm-hal-1-0'. This is new behavior, previously child
processes would not be killed in this case."

Fix Power Off alarm.
