d50dbc1d0e device/akita: Add vibrator properties and enable adaptive haptics 
Updated device-akita.mk to enable the adaptive haptics feature, as well
as updated the vendor properties to configure adaptive haptics for
akita.

fe420c7b30 Disable swiotlb for akita 
Same as p22, we would like to disable swiotlb for akia. Currently
the swiotlb=noforce config is set in device tree, moving it to userspace
would make the build process more flexible. (ref: pa/2381877)

b6aaca1e06 Suppress clang-analyzer-security.FloatLoopCounter warnings 
* Suppress also the alias check name cert-flp30-c,
  which is given at the 2nd line of the for-loop.
* Leave comment in code for code owners to rewrite
  the loop with integer counters.
