175b8e774e audio: use USE_AUDIO_HAL_AIDL instead flag variable 
The value of USE_AUDIO_HAL_AIDL is defined in project settings which decide when to use aidl or hidl hal. So, correct audio tables can be included properly.

- Set the threshold of luma delta to 15 for triggering the switch.
- Lower the NS mode blocking zone to about 15 nits.

f0d516a9b3 Delete Caimito media_profiles from device/google 
media_profile contain potentially sensitive data.
These files should not be located in device/google, since this folder
history is visible in AOSP.
