3b714babd1 gs101: Drop DEVICE_FRAMEWORK_COMPATIBILITY_MATRIX_FILE 
This has been moved to proprietary files and now gets installed to
system_ext partition. Fixes the following build error on BP4A:

internal error: Device makefile has
DEVICE_FRAMEWORK_COMPATIBILITY_MATRIX_FILE that adds the FCM files to
the 'system' partition, which is against
build/make/target/product/generic_system.mk's artifact path requirement

51fa92a6d6 gs101: Remove BOARD_PREBUILT_BOOTIMAGE check 
With this check in place, `build_kernel` won't get automatically called
when boot.img doesn't yet exist.

95a7513af6 gs101: Drop kernel copy 
We are using prebuilt boot.img. If we weren't using it, we would be
using the vendor/lineage kernel.mk rules to copy the kernel.
