e29895f790 Add AOSP support for Raven and Oriole. 
We will have a 'vendor' project containing proprietary blobs
to be able to build and flash Pixel device when vendor source is not
available.
The project names are
platform/vendor/aosp/google_devices/raven
platform/vendor/aosp/google_devices/oriole

and the paths are
vendor/google_devices/raven
vendor/google_devices/oriole

Fix the following avc denial:
trusty_apploade: type=1400 audit(0.0:3): avc: denied { dac_override } for capability=1 scontext=u:r:trusty_apploader:s0 tcontext=u:r:trusty_apploader:s0 tclass=capability permissive=1

Test: Verify no avc denied when trusty app is loaded.
