8c082f7323 Set config_sms_capable to false 
Tangorpro is a Wifi only device, and does not support SMS capabilities,
thus explicitly disabling it instead of using the
default configuration (config_sms_capable is set to be true).

de07b38b16 [T6] Updating the hotword pipeline gain settings. 
Updating the gain settings for 'eraser_pre_gain' and
'non_eraser_gain' to 35.6 dB through the 'smartfeature.gstf'
file generated by the bluenote tool.
