Liangliang Li 45850948d1 ANDROID: GKI: Add OEM data to mutex/rwsem ...

Reserve ANDROID_OEM_DATA in struct mutex/rw_semaphore for recoreding
informaition about the lock, which helps to do oem specific lock
optimization.
