Jiri Slaby 1bb73841ea PCI: Remove MicroGate SyncLink device IDs ...

The drivers were removed in a1f714b44e (tty: Remove redundant synclink
driver) and 3d608a591b (tty: Remove redundant synclinkmp driver).

Remove the PCI device ID entries as well.
