bus: tegra-aconnect: Update dependency to ARCH_TEGRA

Update the architecture dependency to be the generic Tegra
because the driver works on the four latest Tegra generations
not just Tegra210, if you build a kernel with a specific
ARCH_TEGRA_xxx_SOC option that excludes Tegra210 you don't get
this driver.

The sunxi_rsb_init() returns the platform_driver_register() directly
without checking its return value, if platform_driver_register() failed,
the sunxi_rsb_bus is not unregistered.

bus: sunxi-rsb: Support atomic transfers

When communicating with a PMIC during system poweroff (pm_power_off()),
IRQs are disabled and we are in a RCU read-side critical section, so we
cannot use wait_for_completion_io_timeout(). Instead, poll the status
register for transfer completion.

bus: sunxi-rsb: Fix the return value of sunxi_rsb_device_create()

This code is really spurious.
It always returns an ERR_PTR, even when err is known to be 0 and calls
put_device() after a successful device_register() call.
It is likely that the return statement in the normal path is missing.
Add 'return rdev;' to fix it.

find_last_bit() relies on unsigned long pointer arguments. Driver uses a type cast that generates the KASAN warning. bus: qcom: Put child node before return

Put child node before return to fix potential reference count leak.
Generally, the reference count of child is incremented and decremented
automatically in the macro for_each_available_child_of_node() and should
be decremented manually if the loop is broken in loop body.

bus: omap_l3_noc: mark l3 irqs as IRQF_NO_THREAD

The main purpose of l3 IRQs is to catch OCP bus access errors and identify
corresponding code places by showing call stack, so it's important to
handle L3 interconnect errors as fast as possible. On RT these IRQs will
became threaded and will be scheduled much more late from the moment actual
error occurred so showing completely useless information.
Hence, mark l3 IRQs as IRQF_NO_THREAD so they will not be forced threaded
on RT or if force_irqthreads = true.

Set the powered_on flag to false if any PCIe or MHI power up failures are seen from the eSOC power on hook. This helps ensure that if an esoc power off hook is called later on, an MHI power down is not done without its equivalent power up. mhi: core: add mhi_device_get_sync_atomic() to wait until M0
There is a possibility of client driver's dev_wake request as part mhi_device_get() racing with M1 state transition event processing. This can result in a scenario where client finds MHI state as M0 after mhi_device_get() returns only to be changed later as M1 event processing is still pending on different CPU core. It causes M0 -> M2 -> M0 state transition after mhi_device_get() has already returned. This isn't expected by client and currently treats that as fatal error. Also, as per MHI spec host must allow M1 -> M2 transition for device and it shouldn't abort that. However, clients can ignore that transition as device is expected to immediately move from M2 to M0 without entering deep sleep state. Hence, it must be safe to access their MMIO. To simplify this logic, introduce mhi_device_get_sync_atomic() function that can be used by clients to achieve the same and once it returns success they don't need to have any explicit MHI state checks. Not all registers can be set while dumping debug registers depending on the state of the device. For example, wake doorbell is not set until a READY state of the device is reached. Hence, we could access a NULL pointer while dumping debug registers. Avoid this by adding a check to skip the addresses which are not yet set. mhi: core: Enable both time synchronization methods to co-exist
Due to co-existence of both time synchronization methods on a platform, it is likely that a doorbell method response can be pending while another host client requests for time using the MMIO or synchronous method. Wait for completion of the doorbell method and return the local and remote times from that request as the device may not be able to handle both requests or host is likely to end up reading corrupted time values. Also, ensure the doorbell method request is done while holding the bus vote so the host stays awake and receives the response as soon as possible. When bringing up a new device attach to the host driver, MHI controller can have more than one debug mode to allow for configurable versions and make it easier to choose firmware images and allow/disallow forced suspend/resume done to choose new PHY settings. mhi: core: expose soc reset and register dump debugfs entries
For debug purposes, allow clients to issue SOC reset or read the entire register dump when they wish to do so. They may not read proper values or the reset may not take effect is the device is powered down.
