BUG=chromium:924405 TEST=compile and run local tests. When the execbuf call receives an in-fence it will get the dma_fence related to that fence fd and wait on it before submitting the draw call. On the out-fence side we get fence returned by the submitted draw call and attach it to a sync_file and send the sync_file fd to userspace. On error -1 is returned to userspace. VIRTGPU_EXECBUF_FENCE_FD_IN & VIRTGPU_EXECBUF_FENCE_FD_OUT are supported at the simultaneously and can be flagged for simultaneously. Add a new field called fence_fd that will be used by userspace to send in-fences to the kernel and receive out-fences created by the kernel. This uapi enables virtio to take advantage of explicit synchronization of dma-bufs. There are two new flags: * VIRTGPU_EXECBUF_FENCE_FD_IN to be used when passing an in-fence fd. * VIRTGPU_EXECBUF_FENCE_FD_OUT to be used when requesting an out-fence fd The execbuffer IOCTL is now read-write to allow the userspace to read the out-fence. On error -1 should be returned in the fence_fd field. Qseed3Lite uses filter coefficients for only 2 filters, namely Y-2D Separable and UV-2D Separable. No coefficient programming for directional filtering. Blend Config field in Op Mode register is depricated for Qseed3lite. No LUT coefficient programming for destination scalar, as it is used for only upscaling, coefficients are hard-coded inside HW to save area. Additional fields for Directional Weight and Blend Filter Ratio are added in drm scaler structure. It supports three events: capture, reset and sucecess. Client can capture the debug log when it receives "capture" event. Many user space API headers have licensing information, which is either incomplete, badly formatted or just a shorthand for referring to the license under which the file is supposed to be. This makes it hard for compliance tools to determine the correct license. Update these files with an SPDX license identifier. The identifier was chosen based on the license information in the file. GPL/LGPL licensed headers get the matching GPL/LGPL SPDX license identifier with the added 'WITH Linux-syscall-note' exception, which is the officially assigned exception identifier for the kernel syscall exception: NOTE! This copyright does *not* cover user programs that use kernel services by normal system calls - this is merely considered normal use of the kernel, and does *not* fall under the heading of "derived work". This exception makes it possible to include GPL headers into non GPL code, without confusing license compliance tools. Headers which have either explicit dual licensing or are just licensed under a non GPL license are updated with the corresponding SPDX identifier and the GPLv2 with syscall exception identifier. The format is: ((GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note) OR SPDX-ID-OF-OTHER-LICENSE) SPDX license identifiers are a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of the full boiler plate text. The update does not remove existing license information as this has to be done on a case by case basis and the copyright holders might have to be consulted. This will happen in a separate step. Jason Ekstrand	ffa9443fb3	drm/syncobj: Add a signal ioctl (v3) ... This IOCTL provides a mechanism for userspace to trigger a sync object directly. There are other ways that userspace can trigger a syncobj such as submitting a dummy batch somewhere or hanging on to a triggered sync_file and doing an import. This just provides an easy way to manually trigger the sync object without weird hacks. The motivation for this IOCTL is Vulkan fences. Vulkan lets you create a fence already in the signaled state so that you can wait on it immediatly without stalling.
