443a642059 Add AOSP support for caiman/komodo/tokay 
We will have a 'vendor' project containing proprietary blobs
to be able to build and flash Pixel device when vendor source is not
available.
The project names are
platform/vendor/aosp/google_devices/caiman
platform/vendor/aosp/google_devices/komodo
platform/vendor/aosp/google_devices/tokay

and the path is
vendor/google_devices/caiman
vendor/google_devices/komodo
vendor/google_devices/tokay

391938fcfe display: km4/cm4: enable operation rate switch delay in a specific dbv range 
- Only HS is allowed if dbv < 440 (blocking zone, 15 nits)
- Delay NS<->HS if dbv >= 440 and dbv < 1088 (100 nits)
- Switch NS->HS immediately if dbv >= 1088
- Delay HS->NS if dbv >= 1088

175b8e774e audio: use USE_AUDIO_HAL_AIDL instead flag variable 
The value of USE_AUDIO_HAL_AIDL is defined in project settings which decide when to use aidl or hidl hal. So, correct audio tables can be included properly.
